For our US customers, shipping is DDP (duties and taxes included) This does not include US state sales tax.
For all other countries, duties and taxes are not covered. Customers may be liable to these charges depending on their country's laws.

- Customers have the option to return for exchange or store credit. We do not offer refunds unless an item was received damaged or faulty.
- Returns must be lodged and returned within 30 days of the order being placed.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping cost.
- Items must be returned in their original condition with hygiene stickers and tags still attached. If items are returned washed, worn or soiled, the return will be automatically rejected and it will be the customers responsibility to pay, to have this item returned.
- If the item is no longer available, a store credit will be applied to the return.
- Store credits are valid for 12 months and can be used storewide, online only.
