Customers have 30-days from time of purchase to make a return on their order.  

Customers have the option to return for exchange or store credit. We do not offer refunds unless an item was received damaged or faulty. 

Items must be returned in their original condition with hygiene stickers and tags still attached. If items are returned washed, worn or soiled, the return will be automatically rejected and it will be the customers responsibility to pay, to have this item resent back to them.

If you have received a damaged, faulty or incorrect order. Please reach out to our Customer Care team at so that we can evaluate the issue and get this resolved for you as soon as possible! 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges are automatically processed once your return parcel has been dropped off at your nearest postal centre and scanned.

Please provide an image of the product received so that our team can review and provide a free return shipping label. 

Once your return has arrived at our warehouse it will undergo inspection by our team. If approved your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method. You will receive a notification via email once this refund has been processed. 

Depending on your bank provider refunds can take 5-7 business days to show back in your account. If more than 10 days have surpassed please reach out to our team at and we'd be more than happy to help assist you further.
