Returns

- Customers have the option to return for exchange or store credit. We do not offer refunds unless an item was received damaged or faulty.
- Returns must be lodged and returned within 30 days of the order being placed.
- We offer free shipping on orders over $250AUD. However, in this case, customers are responsible for return shipping cost.
- Items must be returned in their original condition with hygiene stickers and tags still attached. If items are returned washed, worn or soiled, the return will be automatically rejected and it will be the customers responsibility to pay, to have this item returned.
- If the item is no longer available, a store credit will be applied to the return.
- Store credits are valid for 12 months and can be used storewide, online only.

Exchanges and store credits are processed automatically once your item has been shipped.
Refunds due to receiving damaged or faulty items will be processed once the return parcel has arrived back for manual processing.

Refunds take 2-5 business days to clear back to your original payment. If you have still not yet received your refund, please call your bank provider for further details. Alternatively reach out to our customer care team at customercare@dawnmarieaus.com who would be more than happy to assist you.
Orders

- Orders placed before 12pm AEST are dispatched the same day.
- Orders dispatched after 12pm AEST will be dispatched the next business day.
- Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched Monday once trading hours have recommenced.
- Orders placed during sale periods or peak season will be dispatched within 48hrs during business trading hours.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse. You will receive a shipping notification to your email with your tracking details.
International orders are shipped via DHL express. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email. DHL express takes 2-4 business days to have your parcel delivered from time of dispatch.
Australian orders are shipped via AusPost Express. Once your order is dispatched you will receive tracking details via email. AusPost express takes 1-2 business days (for all metro areas) to have your parcel delivered from time of dispatch.

Shipping

We offer same day shipping to customers located in the Sydney metro area, with delivery starting at $15. If your postcode is eligible for same day shipping, the option will appear at checkout with a delivery price based on your location. Sydney same day delivery is available for orders placed before 11am AEDT each business day, excluding weekends and public holidays.
For orders placed after 11am, your delivery will be scheduled for delivery on the next business day.
Please make sure you are available to receive your package as we cannot leave it unattended.
There will be an additional charge for redelivery.All same day orders are delivered by Rendr.

Once purchased, a unique code will be sent to your email within 24hrs. This code can be used upon checkout when making your purchase.
